hello
as french customer, the best solutions is only to remain on orange, sfr and bouygues data+ phone prepaid cards available on brands shops.
MNVo or exotic data cards are too expensive.

Using in France Belgium and Luxembourg. great its just assigned DID missing.

For just data, there are no interessant prepaid plan in france. Our market is oriented on postpaid offers with a 24 month contract.
ex bouygyues telecom illimited 3G edge (5GO) on 29,90 Euros/month...

as a french customer from simyo, belgian intra tarifs are very nice from 0.05 euro cts to landlines..but avoid use it for intrenational calls just in belgium!
usefull, good validity and online...
