Current Wind prepaid tariffs are very expensive and really not convenient. Nowadays it's also very hard to get a prepaid sim-card without any prepaid option (see below) pre-activated. Prepaid options can be very convenient and make these horrible base tariffs much more interesting. What we suggest is to get a prepaid card including the prepaid option which suits you best: it will be much easier and more convenient.

Wind Restart
If you finish your bundle before 30 days you can reactivate it again sending an SMS to 4033 as stated above. You will pay for a new monthly bundle, without activation fee.
LTE 4G network
Wind is developing a LTE network on 800/2600MHz. By now coverage is quite limited, the smallest among other LTE networks in Italy. Fortunately all customers can enjoy LTE surfing at no extra charge, but you need a 4G sim-card (all new customers will get one).
