Lycamobile is a virtual operator using 3 ITA's 3G network. Where 3 ITA has no network you can roam on TIM 2G network, but you won't have € 0.00/min calls to other Lycamobile users and you will pay a surcharge of € 0.03/min for all other outgoing calls.
