Angry how to recharge wind sim - 15-08-2007, 11:46

How to recharge wind sim from abroad, where no vouchers available? Mondowind is excluded as they dont like non-italian credit cards.
Or will be better to sell this bad supported card?

I generally ask friends heading to Italy to buy me a couple low-denomination top-up cards.

I wonder whether these will disappear - the online machines are becoming ubiquitous.

Last time I topped up my Wind phone in Italy they said they couldn't - network down. I asked if they had a scratch card and they said they didn't sell them any more. Similar from another shop, except that they reluctantly found and sold me their remaining stock of 2 10€ cards. (These still had the 2€ top-up fee printed on them.)
