Do you know if there's a German prepaid Sim that allow to send freesms to German mobile numbers?
For example by the phone company website.

Netzclub gives 30 free minutes of airtime, 30 free SMS and 30 MB free data volume in return for accepting advertising text messages (see https://www.netzclub.net/tarif.html).
