help with WIND sms

hello all,

i have a WIND prepaid sim card in my blackberry with the free 3 months internet promotion.

i also have the noi wind sms option on my account. i only usually text wind phone numbers since that is what many of my friends have here.

i am getting charged 15cents per message though while texting wind to wind, and im not sure why. the stores here cannot figure it out either.

heres an example from my account traffic:

as you can see, its the same number and i am getting charged sometimes to send these messages. any help would be greatly appreciated

That's really strange! The only way is to keep on asking at the 155 to solve this problem. Maybe ask an Italian friend to help you in Italian, if you don't speak it well, since it's a problem which must be solved by Wind. And you must get your credit back too.

i figured it out. having delivery confirmation ON charges you 15 cents... no matter what. confirmed by a guy at the wind store who spoke a little bit of english. cannot request credit back though! thank you

Oh yes, that's true, I really didn't think about it. Always TURN OFF the delivery notification with Italian sim-cards, you always pay for it.
