Default ekit billing issue alert - 02-09-2013, 09:55

Every week I check my ekit accounts to see how they are doing. Early this morning I noticed that one of them said I had turned on a 50 cent charge per month to keep my US phone number. I had not. It turned out that 5 of my accounts had this issue. They all said that on 30 Aug 2013, 01:05 a US Number Subscription had been charged of 50 cents.

I called up CS and got a guy in Boston who had not heard of this--yet. He has now. He turned off the charge and refunded my 50 cents to the effected accounts.

So keep an eye on your accounts to see if this has happened to you. I might suggest you wait a few days to see if ekit finds a way to correct this on their end automatically.
