Orange AT blocks Betamax, solution??

Hi,

since a fortnight Orange/One Austria seems to block the VoIP access numbers of Betamax and Viennacollect ViennaCollect - kostenlos telefonieren. Einfach 01/2651234 vorwhlen. - Willkommen

Does anybody know a solution for this issue?

The same problem started in Germany some years back with O2 and EPlus.
I remember a thread with pbxes or similar, but cannot find it.
