Thank you that worked. I don't know if all sim cards come mounted on a plastic card about the size of a credit card, mine did. To the left of the sim it has a UK ID, PIN and PUK and obviously now they are all meaningless. On one side of the card it says uktravelsim. My guess, Globalsim bought excess sims from them and reprogramed them.
