but normally if i decide to force a network, i have always access on it or it is a trouble... i absolutly understood your method in automatic but not on manual mode.

since my complain here, i have now access to the 3 networks as expected... why it was not the case before ? what will be the duration of this situation ? ^^

i keep the card. impossible to know the exact refund amount. i can not wait the amount of a fixed cost for rest of my life. so avoid them for the same price.

As explained your refund amount can only be calculated once you have terminated the contract and all outstanding calls, SMS and Data have been calculated, this is standard practice in any service industry, we cannot give you a refund price while your Sim Card is still active.

price of the SIM - amount of call/SMS/data - Restocking fees.

price of the SIM: i know what i paid
amount of call/SMS/data ok you will do this at the end of contract.
Restocking fees: you are not able to give me the sum. so funny for a fixed price.

now i stay. you(r admin) ask us to do not copy e-mail messages public. i agree. the only thing i can publish is my question. you are not able to give me this amount. i agree.

now i'm fed up with your non-answer about a fixed cost. so i stay and forget me for ever.

if you are not satisfied with my message. see your lawyer. i'm serious.

We are only replying to comments you have made on this forum, this is for the benefit of all and it is very hard for others to understand the tread without return comment, we have informed you that all fixed costs are published in the terms and conditions, but we cannot give you a final refund price until the contract has been terminated and the Sim deactivated, we cannot deactivate your Sim until you have terminated the contract in writing. We are not ignoring your requests, we are only pointing out that we have a refund policy in place that needs to be followed.

My 2¢ (Euros) on the thread of messages between Willem and PSIM. I think PSIM would be better off dumping this customer. He finally admitted he got access to all the networks he was promised and still is not happy. There is a point in any business where a particular customer will never be satisfied. The customer will be happier as well. PSIM should cut their losses with this guy now. They will only increase as time goes on.
Willem - why would you even think twice about dealing with a company that hasn't met your stated expectations - (what some would say unreasonable complaints)?

Make use of T-M's UMA/wifi free calling from any place in the world with access to wifi. I use an LG G6, wife an S7)
A/o Oct 20, 2013 no need for intl prepaid as T-Mobile U.S. includes voice roaming at 20¢/min (in and out)., unlimited text (in and out), and unlimited data in 140+ countries.

My Plan -[6 lines] U.S. T-Mobile unlimited minutes (incoming and outgoing), unlimited text, fast data on each line. that $145/mo. total! . (In U.S. no surcharge for calling a cell.) If a line exceeds 2G of data in a month, pay $10 more for that line. [That only happens a couple times/year.

the question is:
- it was a temporary error ?
- if the occurs will happend ?

> There is a point in any business where a particular customer will never be satisfied.

on any thing, they are a limit ^^

> (what some would say unreasonable complaints)?

As i said, i admitted i have now the 3 networks... but the error is not on my side. 5 tries before my complaint, no access. 5 tries after my complaint, i haver access.

I admitted the fact the price was on T&C... the error is on my side but the best answer was to say me "the price is on the table at the end of T&C" and write it on the core T&C text.

Now i have elements. and i must find another competitors
they are not plenty of this which have decent offer, purpose the 3 FR network and permit to receive the sim card in France.

if i stay, it will be my last complaint here. it is logical.
if i leave, it will not be my last complaint here.

i have to fully support Snidley on this one " I think PSIM would be better off dumping this customer. He finally admitted he got access to all the networks he was promised and still is not happy."

I have been following this thread from the start and I cannot see what the issue is, you seem to have created an issue where there was none, then got out of your pram when you did not like the answer, which i thought was a very simple and straightforward answer. 1. Did you have any failure in service, it would seem not. 2. Did you read all the T&Cs from beginning to end, it would seem not.

How can you complain about the costs being in a table at end of the T&Cs. Do you read half a book then complain to author that you don't know who did it and they should tell you at the start of book so you don't have to waste you time reading it?

You are demanding a fault free service, no mobile service on the planet is going to guarantee you a fault free system, and i presume Piranha is no exception, i am sure it will be in there T&Cs or did you skip that section. Oh dear another complaint i fear.

false. i had during the first hour of subscribtion no acces to a FR network. it is a fact. i made a mistake with T&C i agree.

so now i decided to stay and print this. it will be my last message here on this subject.

cya later but not on this subject.
