if piranha had per second billing within EU countries (according to EU regulations) it would be the perfect overall travel-sim product

Default Piranha has revamped their website - 10-08-2014, 22:52

Piranha has revamped their website.
Users will want to familiarize themselves with the different look
and format. So that when they go their in a rush they will not be surprised.

Have incoming calls to the UK number always been charged when in the USA?
I don't recall now one way or the other. [& I was just charged.]

Hi, from my experience they have always charged the same no matter what number you receive call on apart from VoIP (Free). I must say i do like the new customer accounts, much easier and more informative

Nice Piranha has been hubby's main carrier for a year now, and he couldn't be happier. Obviously he is an extremely light user (emergency calls/Internet only) and it hasn't failed him once.

In a way I'm sort of jealous because whereas I'm confined to one of the major Canadian networks, he has the use of all of 'm whichever happens to be the strongest at the time

As for myself I keep coming back to Piranha and Truphone, you just can't go wrong with either and I hope they're here to stay a long, long time

Sophia: If you aren't using Wind or one of the other 1700mhz carriers, get a dual SIM Moto G and put one of these guys in Slot 2.

Question: How does Piranha's Canadian number work with SMS?

It would be very nice, i see they are starting to be very aggressive outside of the EU countries, they have just dropped the roaming rates in UAE and Japan, from what i have read, very attractive Data rates, unfortunately i don't see myself visiting any of the two in the near future..

Wind is not available where we live We didn't get a Canadian number, just a US one and that works fine on all major carriers (Telus/Bell & Rogers where we live)

Not sure if any else has noticed, but used my Piranha SIM a bit this weekend on AT&T and the charge was $0.20 for outgoing and $0.15 for incoming voice... $0.15 for SMS outgoing... Published rate is $0.32/$0.24/$0.24... Hopefully it's not a mistake....

Hi the call,SMS and Data costs are charged in GBP, meaning the published prices on the website are correct, however we have just dropped SMS costs on AT&T and reduced our costs on T-Mobile to £0.06 per SMS with Data now at £0.07 per MB, with many more major reductions coming soon,
