Truphone has signed a roaming agreement with the Cloud which is building out a very impressive roaming agreement in several European cities. This includes agreements for many "wired" cities including Stutgart and huge portions of London including the Square Mile. Coverage also includes various train stations and airplanes. Under the agreement you pay an extra 3p a minute to use the Cloud for coverage.

For several countries this opens some interesting possibilities, particularly given the fact that you do not need to do a browser style log in and the minimum billing unit is 3p.

Further, given the roaming agreements with BT-Openzones, I'm hoping that you might get access to these networks.
