Anyone know if they even exist anymore? I have some credit left and would happily accept any product for my non-working SIM card.

They no longer support sim cards. However you can use your balance to make VOIP calls.I found out the hard way as well, when my sim card no longer works. No kind of communication from them. See this thread:

http://www.prepaidgsm.net/forum/inte...m-card-13.html

I contacted their customer support via the YackieMobile website. They cannot be reached via paytoomobile. And here is the email I received from them, specifically from vanessa@yackiemobile.com.

Thank you for your follow up. Please note that we have chosen to
discontinue our Yackie Mobile SIM card service, in lieu of a better
product. The funds currently remaining in your Yackie Mobile account, can
be used to facilitate calls using this new service. To begin making &
receiving calls, at fantastic rates, simply download the new, innovative
Global CellNet mobile application available both for IPhone, IPod Touch
via
the Apple Store, and on the Android Market for all Android Phones Please
refer to the following links for download:

Apple: Connecting to the iTunes Store.
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....globalcellnet

Yackie Mobile powers the Global CellNet mobile application, with which you
will now be able to:

• Call each other for Free! ( anyone who uses the Global CellNet app )
• Make calls at fantastic rates to non-member landlines and cell phones
worldwide! Using WIFI or 3G 9 if you provider allows it. )

Please rest assured that we are here for you, If you should experience any
technical difficulties or require additional assistance with the set-up of
the Global Cellnet mobile application in your Apple or Android device, you
can contact us at gcnsupport@paytoo.com. Please provide us with the Apple
device model and OS (Operating System, Example IOS4) version or your
Android Phone and Android OS on it (Example Android 2.2.2).

hmm, my messages to those two email addresses you provided came back to me undelivered. Also, Yackie's homepage now automatically redirects you here: CHINA MOBILE LIMITED

Looks like these guys have suffered the same fate as United Mobile. Don't be surprised if they re-invent themselves soon as a new company with a new name. Just don't give them any more of your money!

Wow! That was quick. LOL! I got the info (actually talked to Vanessa) about a week ago or so. She was the one that picked up when IO called the support number on the no longer available yackiemobile website. The voip app is working ok for now and have been using my credit up However, I suspect it will likely stop working soon.
