![]() I received an email from pbxes, telling me they noticed I registered two free accounts. This puts extra loads on their servers and is against terms and conditions.
So they ask me to delete or upgrade one account to paid, or they will delete it in a week. There's no choice; they are telling me it must be the account they named. I only have one account, and on logging in I see I last used it about 4 years ago, which was with a service which closed about 3 years ago. Has this happened to anyone else? Support and forum posting there is only available to paid accounts, so I can't even correct their misapprehension. |
