Default Which Roaming SIM - 07-09-2014, 14:18

I'm going to Portugal next week. I have an iPhone with ATT unlimited international data and a good VOIP/callback app so data is off the table and I'm not as concerned about outbound rates as inbound. In my other phone, I'm going to carry a roaming SIM. I have a Toggle UK, Truphone, and Pirahna. Alll three have US phone numbers that I can forward my calls to.

Which would you use considering price and reliability. At many points Toggle says it is free, but elsewhere it says eight cents. I'm frankly tilting to Truphone because I expect it will be the most reliable and at 9 cents a minute I won't worry about it.

Opinions?

As little as I actually talk on my phone, I'd consider the difference to be a non-economic quantity.
