Hi Matt
I did contact customer service more than a week ago, as you offered me some sort of compensation for my problems in croatia.
The support promised to call me back. No news since then...
Let me please know something.
Regards
Chip

Voicemail is the biggest problem when not receiving inbound calls on your mobile.

When a call is received, it can take up to 10/15 seconds for the connection to be passed to the overseas mobile operator, However the timer for voicemail starts at the beginning when the call was received.

The solution is to set your voicemail to a 60 seconds delay.
