Dear Support,
my remaining account is 0.17 GBP. I have removed the SIM-Card from my phone and put it into my archive. At the moment I do not intend to reactivate it, as I have currently no need for it. Nevertheless thanks for your support. One thing for the community The initial SMSC was +39 335 884 000030 (TIM Italy) on the SIM-Card. After removing it I found another SMSC +1 417 400 0003 in my mobile phone. Which one is the right one? Maybe this leads to a solution.
