I just saw that too.

I will definitely post if I receive anything be it the new sim, refund, or the DID#/login mentioned in the latest post. If it comes by tomorrow, I may be able to test it on my trip and report back in 2 weeks or from there...Leaving for Nigeria tomorrow evening, with brief stops in Amsterdam and London.

We try to fix the problems step by step

As announced in the other post, all SIM cards was shipped as promess

We will send the acces codes and the DID Number by email tomorow

Regqrding some refunds, we have all Transactions ID and we know that some customers was refunded, the bank have to send us the statements,

We will send to each Refunded customers his statement copy, we will contact all others customers

Regarding some customers who have sent one email and who doesn't have received any reply, please resend us your email to support@yackiemobile.com

I will take care personnnaly to this matter

They're having a contest - to see how long they can string us along, while enjoying the interest being beared upon the cash we have sent them in good faith for a non-working product. At least Buytel and GT-Sim cheerfully refunded money.

Dont think is a good financial deal regarding the interest

Im must be part of the 25 then. After the inital contact stating I would receive a sim and a refund I have received neither. I decided not to wait any longer and already filed a fraud complaint and disputed the charge with my bank. While delays and problems with the launch are acceptable, simply not answering an e-mail is not.

I am happy to report that I received an e mail from Yackie today changing my DID number and that it seems to be receiving calls...still no refund but perhaps things are beginning to look up.

I don't think you're in a position to tell us about good financial deals at the moment

Why have you been claiming to have made all the refunds, but now admit 25 have not been refunded yet?

how many of those 25 disappointed customers are from this forum?

i think you dont understand my answer

How work a processing....

We have a merchant account...( condition for accepting a credit card payment )

We have received some payments from this processing solution

We used exactly the same gateway for refund our customers as agree

For a payment we have a ID transaction; For a refund we have a ID transaction ( copy availlable )

So for us, all refunds was effectued by our accounting department

Some customers have allready receive their refund, some not... since 3 months the only information from this Processor ( we have allready change our processing company ) is too many charge back have blocked some refunds....

We are still waitting for our statement

For know who have received their refunds, who have effectued a charge back to his bank, and who are still waitting for a refund

I think you will understand easely that only the customer who doesn't have received a refund or starting a charge back process will receive a direct refund from our company

TODAY, all customer who have ordered a cards have his sim card Shipped; all first customers from this Forum have received a DID number who (normaly) work

All customers have at the end of the day will receive his card, and the air time associated

With the refund, this mean that the SIM card and the air time attached is free...

Our goal is to kepp our customers, not to still fews dollars from 25 Pre paid customers...

We had some technical issue, we had some email answers issue, well....i can not say it is wrong...But i`m still saying that Yackie Mobile is a good product...
