Ts has a lot of problem in Herat (Afghanista): sim can't send sms or calls, even if it gets sms. Vodafone sim works good

I've a trouble with my sim. Now it's in Belgium (with my brother

) and switch off, but if I call my number...it seems to work, I hear from free tones!
