![]() I have been in Transnistria with a Moldcell prepaid card, and right after the border (Bendery) mobile internet stopped working, although there was still coverage. Same thing in Tiraspol.
With my Dutch sim card I also couldn't get any SMSs to push through when roaming on Moldovan networks in Transnistria. I didn't try getting a IDC sim card.
