Effendi, isn't your UM+ working yet?
My UM+ works correctly with all networks here in Italy. Next week I'm in Belgium and I'll test UM+ there as well.

I didn't try today (I left it at home), but it was not working yet...

Sorry to report...and they've had several days on this that they haven't resolved the issue of the caller getting the message that "we are unable to complete your international call as dialed. Please check the number and dial again or ask your operator for assistance." This implies the number is wrong and that means a person getting that message will assume the number is wrong and won't try again.

This is a very serious matter and there is no reason why it is taking so long for them to resolve. I reported the problem to them via e mail and they haven't responded. Too bad as this can be an excellent service but such things just shouldn't happen.

I agree. This a critical functionality that they need to get fixed. I am also surprised they released the sim for mass market without testing this. Leaving the phone on 24/7 does not solve the issue either since there will not always be service.

I tried to use my UM+ on my SE Z610i and it works perfectly... so it seems the problem was the SE K600i... really weird! Tomorrow I try it on the Nokia E65, but these incompatibilities seem to be really strange...

I really start liking UM+. Not only that voipcheap.com charges calls to UM+ at only € 0.08 per minute, but they also deliver SMS to UM+ at the ridiculous price of € 0.01.

Keep on fighting the roaming mafia!

I was using justvoip.com and their forwarding option for only 6 cents per minute. But since 3 weeks the quality of the forward is just to bad, to much noise, you just can't use it. I have voicetrading now also at 10 cent per minute which works fine.

Does anyone else have problems with forwarding a call using justvoip to um+

The Quality is indeed terrible at the moment.
I'm using my JV credit to forward to my Belgian GSM at c€10/m. I registered with a USA address, so I don't pay the VAT
That Quality is very good.

I'm using UM+ and Geodesa mainly to receive forwarded calls from the office to my GSM, 99% of the time I'm in Belgium, so for the moment, I don't mind that I have to forward to my Belgian GSM, but I liked the c€5/m to UK-cell better

Good to hear that I am not the only one having problems using the forward. Even when I forward to a fixed line the sound is still terrible.

Yes i'm also using Voicetrading now to forward call to IOM mobile, which works great. But the justvoip rate of 6 eurocents was just a bit better. I just updated the credit on justvoip so for now it's not useable
