Hi everybody,
I have a three IE sim card and if I check by credit balance via internet I see two differente counter: 1. free credit (free cash) - 5 € - exp in 40 days 2. cash credit (top-up) - 17 € - won't expire When I make a call or send a text, I use only the second type of credit. How can I use the first type and what is it?? Tks |

you probably get to use the expiring part only if you spend all of the rest first
it will some bonus starting offer, perhaps for importing a number from one of the other networks |

yeah, on the web site I found a note that says:
"Your credit will be used in the following order: Any unlimited talk or text allowances which you receive as a result of topping up by €20 or more in one go; If you've bought any add on this allowance is used next; The cash credit applied to your SIM in the denomination in which you topped up, e.g. €20; Any promotional credits applied to your SIM such as extra credit for topping up or porting credit". So it could be as you said, anyway I bought the sim card at the beginning of October and then I topped up it with 20 €. No importing number from other networks. |
