![]() This is our first experience with this. My husband is in the United States Navy and is in port in Italy for a few days. He bought a TIM Sim card and needs an airtime refill but can not leave his ship as it is his duty day and not allwoed. I am trying to do this for him online (easy as pie in the states with out local cell companies) but can not seem to pull this off with this TIM card... what do we do? Can I buy this RICARICard airtime voucher I read about online? Is this thing REALLY only sold locally?

![]() I think the easiest solution would be if he can ask a colleague (who can go down to the mainland) to go to a Tabacchi shop and refill his card. I suppose he's not alone on the ship...
