How can we now get a WIND SIM card?

The links in the forum that direct you on how to get one seem to now not work!
Can someone please post a new link or post the details in reply?

Also how much are the WIND GPRS data rates outside Italy?

Thanks but I cannot understand Italian so I am not really sure what those prices are for?
Would be great to get a translation...

Is WIND still the best SIM to use for global roaming GPRS data or is there a better SIM now?

BTW Wind still is one of the "less worse" companies when we talk about data roaming, but surely it's not cheap at 12.50€/MB...
