Without trying to sound too pessimistic, you may want to try asking that question in about 5years from now.

Just USA is ok!!
I'd like to find a prepaid international free roaming SIM with 001 (USA) area code.
Not from +44, Estonia and Monaco.

Thanks

Canada doesn't have free roaming SIMs either, for the same reason as the USA doesn't (see my post in your other thread).

CA: SaskTel, Wind postpaid; Rogers, Bell postpaid iPad flex plans; US: T-Mobile postpaid data, prepaid voice; PureTalk (AT&T MVNO) prepaid voice/data; AT&T prepaid iPad plan

Hardware: Too much but notably iPhone 5, iPad Mini Retina LTE, Moto G LTE (N.A. version), iPhone 4. All unlocked.

It might be possible to set one up with a +1-900 number but it wouldn't be cheap, and most North American mobiles can't call +1-900 numbers anyway.
