Mexico to IT: unable to receive SMS

Hi there guys! My first post here

I've got a problem regarding SMS Barring from Mexico. With any italian SIM, and with UnitedMobile, I'm not able to receive SMS from a Mexican cellular (Telcel I think).
That happens regardless of whether I'm on roaming or on my home network.

Did you have any past experience on that? Which SIM card do you use that is able to receive SMS from Mexican cellphones?
