Recover Sim Pin?

Hi All,

Just got back from a great trip to Positano. While there I used a Vodafone SIM. Worked great. I used it to receive calls from my kids in the states sine they called me at $0.12/min US. Fortunatly, I never turned the phone off until I got on the plane to leave. When I turned it back on it wanted a PIN. I had already thrown away all the cards that came with it that had the PIN written on it. Is there any way to recover the PIN? The card only has 7 Euro on it so big loss but I was hoping to put it up on here for someone else to get when they make a trip over there.
