Do you know if calls to Camel will go form megavoip, I recall you saying it works via megavoip.

it was working not anymore, from betamax clones your have to choose one with premium routing (around 0.16eur. per minute) or of course wholesale clones of betamax..

Do you know or suggest any non betamax wholesale clones ( I use voippro betemax sholesale) that would connect on premium routes to Camel?

non wholesale providers that work OK are rebtel, localphone etc

Bite Group (mother company of CamelMobile) is included on Vodafone's worldwide partner networks since 2003... BIT? - BIT? and Vodafone partnership
that is why camelmobile simcards are preset to prefer vodafone networks abroad, even though you can manually select another network.
