OK thank you for the updates. So reading from that two main points come out: The first point is that the product launch has been delayed somewhat. The second point is that the current info, rates and icelandic country code still displayed on your website are not related to your new product but to an old defunct one.

Based on that, and based on you not wishing to be associated with your ex Icelandic provider, perhaps you should remove the association from your website before asking that the two should be discussed separately here!

yackie:

Thanks for the responses. I think it's a smart move on your part to not charge fro unanswered calls. I did notice you have a count down clock on your web site for the new launch. I hope it works out for you.

Default Yackie is Call-Labs?! - 28-09-2009, 17:47

For the last couple of days I've been bombarded with low balance warning emails from a company called Call-Labs. The email header shows the emails originating from master.yackiehost.com.

Is anyone else getting these emails?

YackieMobile, can you please make them stop?!

Is that what that was? I also got about 10 of them but Yahoo spam protect is efficiently fighting them now.

Great! Yackie is just so very professional!

It sounds like it went out to all customers that had credit on their old sim cards. May be after their new system wiped out the credit. According to yackie, they were supposed to transfer the credit to the new sim cards...we'll see.
