![]() As I posted above, the same thing happened to me. No order confirmation email, the number I selected is still showing up on their website as available (how can that be?), the link to print my order did not work, and my credit card was charged immediately!
I have contacted them a number of times, but the help line people have no clue what's going on, and the support people do not respond to emails. It's like everytime you contact them they give you a different date as to when the sim will ship. Sometimes they tell you all shipping is suspended. The next step might be to try to contact their represebtative "Cizake" that was posting here a while back, by sending him a PM from here or to the email he posted in the link below. "f.seroussi (@) yackie (dot) com " http://www.prepaidgsm.net/forum/index.php?...topic=1211&st=0 Edit: I just sent Cizake an email summarizing the issues people are having with their orders. I also referenced this thread and suggested that he should try to respond here if he knows what's going on with the orders. Sim cards: AT&T (Contract), 3 UK, Piranha Mobile |

![]() I just received a very quick response from Cizake. He mentioned that they are having some thechnical issues with the new DIDs. So, if you ordered any of the new numbers (not the Ohio ones), your order has not shipped yet. They are on hold. He will give me a status on when it will ship by early nextweek.
In his email he mentioned that they ran into some 'startup' problems after delivering over 4000 cards. So, they froze shipping until those issues are ressolved. BTW, he accesed their system and sent me a very detailed order and registration information. Showing my number selected, prepaidgsm affliateID, etc. I would also like to mention that he was very apologetic too. Sim cards: AT&T (Contract), 3 UK, Piranha Mobile |

I have been one who has said I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and that enterprises like this would surely have some start up problems. My only complaint is why Cizake who was very energetic at responding both on this forum and through pm's at first has suddenly disappeared from sight. Cizke come out come out wherever you are.. |

![]() I posted last Friday regarding my experience. I once again tried the "live chat" feature on their website today. Once again I got no help from the customer service representative. Since "shipping" is another department and she can not access that, she still has no clue whether anything shipped or not.
To re-cap, I ordered the SIM on June 20th, they charged my card on the 21st, got the call on June 28th saying it'll ship the next day. Tried the "live chat" last Friday and got the run-around. As of today, noone has a clue on what is going on. No tracking and no email confirming any shipment. Emailing them has gotten me absolutely no response either. The phone # I chose is the original Ohio number, so the "difficulty with the new DID number" excuse does not flying with me. I also ordered thru PPGSM, so taking care of the people here first seems to be another empty promise. Anyway, I tried cancelling my order with the "live chat" person, but of course she can not help me with that either. ![]() One interesting side note though, since they didn't promise a shipping date, according to my credit card company, they have 30 days to deliver the product. So the credit charge back is only in the "dispute" state and I'll get my money back automatically on the 31st day. All in all, one of the worst internet purchase experience. I may try them again, but you know how the saying goes.... fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.... :P |

![]() I might be able to accept that there's an issue with the DID numbers. But, I'm sorry, I have more than 1 complaint regarding yackie's operating mode, or more accurately lack thereof:
1) Their auto reply order confirmation emails are useless. 2) They do not update their site indicating that there are any delays or back-order issues. 3) They do not respond to customer queries and IF you get to someone, they can't provide any information that actually helps you. 4) It's EXTREMELY POOR business procedure to immediately charge customers for a product that they know they aren't shipping. 5) It's absurd that a customer has to know about and dig into this forum to find the email address of the General Manager, and for it to be the one possible way to get a response. I will contact the GM telling him of my situation, obviously, not unique, but also what I think of his firm and that they are operating on a very slippery slope. I will cancel my order and notify the Better Business Bureau of my personal experience and point them to the others on this forum. If and when I see/hear positive feedback about yackie might I re-consider doing business with them in the future. I tend to doubt that will happen; I suspect they will fail. IMO yackiemobile has attempted to sell this product and service on a shoestring with no resources or principles behind it other than making quick money. |

![]() A quick update, Cizke (or Florian) did reply to me. That is the first positive step the company has taken. He is very apologetic. He did offer to mail my order "soon". I won't go into the actual detail, but I'll believe it when I see it.
I am still a bit comprehensive on this whole situation. I will post another update if and when I receive my order. |

![]() Given the fact that many people bought these SIMs for upcoming trips, there response seems a little off. You'd think they could assign a temporary Ohio number and provide a different number later on, either that or simply open the Israeli number up and permit us to directly connect to those numbers until the matter is sorted.
