Florian wrote me back saying that all the PPGSM Yackie cards will be delivered this week for sure. Also one of PPGSM users is going to their headquarter in Miami next week, but I don't know who he is!
 Anyway he said also that the call center should contact all customers from this site which didn't receive the card yet (i.e. all!  ).
