That is a very good rate. I thought sure that there must be a large Mobile Termination Fee on top of that. But I'm looking at ATTs website at

and it appears (amazingly) that they do not charge a Termination Fee for Liechtenstein. If you use the pulldown menu of countries to get the rate, Liechtenstein does not appear (though it is mentioned on the table below).

If that is right, then the ATT rate is the best I've seen. My home Long Distance service is with Bellsouth, who gives a great .08/min rate to Liechtenstein, but tacks on .39/min Mobile Termination!
