Help With Callblue Sim In Dublin, Ireland

I just noticed one more thing that suggests that the phone may not be registered in Ireland. The CallBlue website provides a listing of the call details for each account. On my son's it lists the unsuccessful incoming calls from us to his phone. But it lists the phone as "Roaming in USA". Not Roaming in Ireland. Maybe that does mean that it isn't registering in Ireland.
