When phones were renumbered a few years back, 7 was introduced as a prefix for mobiles, but only 077, 078, 079. Pagers moved into 076.

The code for the Isle of Man was 0624, including landlines and mobiles, but these were then split to 01624 and 07624. Guernsey was similar; 0481 became 01481 and 07781. Presumably the out-of-group 76 prefix wasn't seen as much of a problem.
