Hmmm, "Service: Paging" means to me that there +44 7624 numbers are used by pagers ONLY, not by mobile/landline phones. That's why I was skeptical about reliability of the info .

And, even if +44 9624 existed and were a premium rate prefix (as numberingplans.com suggested) I suppose that it wouldn't be a good idea to use it aa a prefix for an international SIM :unsure:
