OK, but I don't quite trust the website you are referring to .
For 0 7624 it returned:

Code: 076 241
Type: Mobile
Use: Paging Manx Telecom
Operator: Manx Telecom
Tariff Band: O2, BT Cellnet Mobile (fm1) (inc VAT)
Service: Paging

I realise that thanks to this information we can enjoy a landline rate from SkypeOut to Callkey-based SIMs but reliability of www.magsys.co.uk is doubtful to me anyway :unsure:
