	  Hello All,

My company is currently using Riiing cards for all of our salesmen but we decided to purchas an 09 card to test. It has several countries that we travel to listed as covered that the Riiing does not. I just received the card in the US and outgoing does not work. I expected this judging from other posts but my question is when our salesmen gets over seas how should he dial? Specifically, does he need the + in front of the number or not. Incoming calls work as expected. Thanks, Daniel Joaquin |
