Most post paid (contract) plans charge a monthly fee. In addition to the rather stiff monthly fee, you also have per minute charges on the new business plan.

Yes, it seems that there will be two tariff plans which are likely to be branded as Globalsim Holiday and Globalsim Business (when sold from Globalsim.net).

Does this mean free incoming at least in some countries?

2) 29.95 ?/month - is it a fee paid "for nothing" (or for free incoming calls in some countries) and all fees are charged on top of it or is it just a "minimum usage fee"?
