that's the better homepage. Medion and ALDI are tied very closely together on several fronts. ALDI is Germany's leading discounter with LIDL and Plus rounding out the remaining important competitors. Tchibo is Germany's largest coffee store chain and they've entered into other sectors such as their MVNO GSM service and their own line of different products for the home/office environment (clothes, furniture, electronics etc).

I can only speculate as to the background on why int'l rates remain so expensive. My guess is that these remain unchanged since the MVNOs know that the bulk of their customers will use their cheap rates for domestic purposes only.
