![]() I can't say much about this particular device as I haven't received my own one yet, but in general you can switch the device from HiLink mode to the vintage serial interface mode where all the virtual USB devices come up (I will post the correct AT-command for this as soon as I've found out if you can do it with AT^U2DIAG=0 or some AT^SETPORT=XX command). Once switched to the vintage mode you should be able to lock down frequency bands through the AT^SYSCFGEX command as follows:
