I am aware that in Europe incoming calls are free, as long as you are on your home network. I mentioned incoming calls just to stress that a "pure" data SIM will not meet my needs. Anyway, I am already in Belgium. I bought a BASE SIM card at the Brussels airport for EUR 15, and activated a 1GB data pack for EUR 10. It took about 8 hours for the data plan to be activated, but since than it works fine, including Skype and WiFi tethering.. |
