Toggle´s website advertises incoming calls in Belgium (non-Toggle-country) @4c/minute.
Their info-sms praises incoming calls as "free". I received some calls in Belgium today, and they show up as free in the call details. Does anyone know the "real" tariffs charged in Serbia/Romania/Bulgaria? Thanks and rgds, Christian |
