The cards get deactivated if there is no billable action within 12 months. According to hotline it can not be reactivated.
However your balance is still kept on your account - If you get a new SIM you can ask hotline to transfer your old balance to the new card witout a problem. Thailand: truemove (phone+sms+wifi) International: xxSim+372, toggle +44/+49/+41/+31 Phones: Huawei Mate7, Huawei P9 |
