Current TIM short term options?

New to the forum. I've got almost the identical needs as you so hopefully someone can help us. I've got access to two TIM sims but also wondering about starting up a T-Mobile account for four devices. I've got 2 Verizon iPhone 5s and 2 Verizon iPads (Air and original mini) to get setup. Want to use at least one iPad for Google Maps while driving throughout Italy. Thanks. Jon
