France is almost as bad as France for having to jump through hoops to get a working data SIM card

Myself I use EuropaSIM (Europa SIM-Card - Mobiles Internet in Europe, jederzeit, überall - ab ? 2 pro Tag ) across Europe, owing to its 500MB per day for 3 euros rate - I think you get 25 mins of calling as part of the deal - which is great for `it just works' data facilities.
