I think also that they don't send SMS to numbers with native MVNO prefixes (+39 37x), and I'll test that. As a first step I'm going to write them an email asking to fix this problem (but I don't think they will do). EDIT: yes, it's confirmed. No SMS on prefixes of H3G and every MVNO.

EDIT 1: On my Bip Mobile sim (+39 373) an SMS arrived now, with a delay of more than an hour. So SMS service seems totally unreliable. On my main number still nothing.
