This is about Piranha Mobile which uses Telna NA as its USA MVNO [including its roaming relationship with T-Mobile, I suspect.] I don't have Telna, but I do have Piranha and both the descriptions sound like what happened to me. [I did not have trouble with Piranha's web site. ]
