The SIP app depends on the phone. On Android phones there are many to pick from. CSIPsimple and SIPDroid are two. Many Nokia phones have a SIP app built in. Don't know about iPhones. The settings you will need to get from the company.

Do you know if megavoip connects to camel sims? I have tried from voippro wholesale account on cheaper routes and it didnt go. I have not tried their premium routes.

yes, betamax wholesale clones, on premium routes, work ok to camel numbers. rate approximately 0.162/minute

it was working not anymore, from betamax clones your have to choose one with premium routing (around 0.16eur. per minute) or of course wholesale clones of betamax..

non wholesale providers that work OK are rebtel, localphone etc

Bite Group (mother company of CamelMobile) is included on Vodafone's worldwide partner networks since 2003... BIT? - BIT? and Vodafone partnership
that is why camelmobile simcards are preset to prefer vodafone networks abroad, even though you can manually select another network.
