Telestial & TIM data plan question

I understand the premium. Not sure how else for us to sync. My sister is leaving one week before us and I need to pick them up and bring them to our relatives (they haven't met yet). Thus I need a phone number before we leave. I'm open to any other options. Unfortunately, email sync won't work because of the timing. The day I arrive, I have to pick-uup my sister.

One real possibility is to use my US T-Mobile number for the sync-up ($1.50/minute), then insert the local TIM card and continue on.
