Is there a USA market for this $149 FCC certified unlocked GSM / UMTS dual sim phone?

It's the Beyond E-Tech Duet phone series. Got only marginal reviews from CNET and ZDNet. Shouldn't be much competition for a better quality dual-sim phone like the ones suggested above.
